One must die for another to live

So I was reading a fan fiction and it was about the EXO members...specifically Xiulu/xiuhan/lumin/luxiu basically Xiumin and LuHan. Well, in it they were talking about astrology and it made me think. We were all created only because one star died. It's incredible really....because of dead, there was birth. What a thought...to think that something has to die in order for something else to live. What if that's how the universe works? The is how the universe works if you really think about it.
  There is something called a carrying capacity in each ecosystem. It basically means that there is a limited amout of resources for each species to feed on, therefor if there is too much of the species and not enough resources that species begins to die off until there is enough resource to sustain stability, but then there are also times when there is an over abundance of resources and in that case the carrying capacity raises because more of that species is able to feed off of those resources. Is that making since? Take a deer and grass for example. There is a species of deer in a field. In this field there is plenty of grass, but very few deer, well in that case the carrying capacity is high because there is more than enough grass to go around. Then, let's say that some deer families decide to reproduce, but they keep reproducing and then over a few years there is a lot of deer in this field, well then there is no longer enough grass to go around and the carrying capacity lowers and some deer die because they don't have enough grass.
  Well, this relates to my point because there is a natural order of things in this world. In order for grass to grow it must absorb the nutrients it needs. Then, in order for the deer to grow they must eat the grass (killing it), then in order for us humans to live we must kill and eat the deer. So, in case that wasn't really clear. We all have to kill in order to survive. One must die for the other to live...It's an interesting concept really.
